Deep will help you unleash the beautiful feeling of comfort through the pressure of depth. Aiming to work on the proper mouth-fill technique and overcoming any other barriers presented from 20mts onwards

Fly

This course will teach you how to equalise hands-free. Ever dreamed with flying? This is as close as it can get, feeling the ultimate freedom underwater. Very recommended for spearfishers and underwater photographers.

This Course is designed for all the freedivers who find it difficult to equalize from the very first few meters and for the ones that would like to improve their equalization and make it safer.

This course was created with the aim of learning the correct execution of Frenzel Technique.

  • Unit 1: Equalization Intro
    • On-line content to make equalization clear, to build a common language and teach you to recognize what maneuver you use instinctively
  • Unit 2: Basic skills
    • You will learn to feel your glottis, to move your tongue in the right way. Includes 3 exercises.
  • Unit 3: The mouth to compress air
    •  You will learn how to use your mouth to compress air. Includes 3 exercises.
  • Unit 4: head down dive simulation.
    • In this lesson you will learn to compress air simulating head down diving condition. This lesson includes 3 exercises.
  • Unit 5: The phonetics as equalization support
    • We’ll use Phonetics to get you to recognize the feelings you’ll need to repeat while equalizing.This lesson includes 7 exercises
  • Unit 6: Linking nasopharynx and oropharynx
    • You will learn how to remove the tongue and palate locks, two crucial structures for the correct performance of the Frenzel maneuver. This lesson includes 2 exercises.
  • Unit 7: Frenzel
    • This lesson is about connecting the dots, bringing together the established skills to perform a perfect and conscious Frenzel maneuver. It includes 4 exercises.

In this course you will learn all the skills necessary to perform the Mouthfill technique

Is equalization a problem even if you could go deeper than 30 meters thanks to your physical training and your breath holding skills?

At limit depth do you produce guttural sounds during equalization?

Do you feel chest tightness and pressure at a certain depth?

If you answered yes to at least one of the above questions DEEP is the right experience for you.
