Level 1 course
This course makes us understand what our body is capable of and we start submerging in this new world. We will go over theory and physiology of the body. As we will do a lot of practice in the water and safety drills for you to start feeling comfortable between 10mts and 20mts depth.

Advanced Freediver
Level 2 course
During the Level 2 course we will focus on the technique to achieve new goals. Ready to take your comfort to another level.You have already started your path as a freediver and learned the basics.Now is time to deepen into knowledge and skill to explore comfortably depths between 20 and 30 meters.

Master Freediver
Level 3 course
In Freediving we never stop learning. A course to develop your maximum potential and learn the tools that will become of you a deep freediver.During the Level 3 course we will focus on the technique , mental preparation and advance training techniques. You are already diving depth of 30mts+. This course is gonna teach you how to perform deeper dives than 40mts in a future using the tools of this course.
