Discovery
Your first experience with breath-hold and the ocean. Breathing preparation, duck-dive technique, breath-hold fundamentals, and shallow open-water practice to approximately 8 meters.
Level 1
The complete foundation of safe freediving. Breathing and relaxation, equalization techniques, static and dynamic apnea, open-water dives to 10–20 meters, and safety and rescue procedures.
Level 2
Frenzel equalization technique, freefall and body streamlining, CO₂ and O₂ tolerance training, advanced safety scenarios. Dives to 20–30 meters.
Level 3
Mouthfill equalization, advanced breathwork, FRC dives, visualization, and performance planning. Dives to 30–40 meters. Build toward personal records and compete safely.
Kids
A gentle, playful introduction to breath-hold and ocean awareness for young swimmers. No pressure, no depth goals — just comfort, curiosity, and connection with the water.
Coached dives in the Sea of Cortez with video feedback every session. Depth progression, freefall, equalization in water, rescue technique, breathwork. Boat included.

No. Discovery and Level 1 are for complete beginners. You'll need to be a confident swimmer — that's all.
Yes, with a rest day in between. Many students combine levels on longer trips. Contact us when booking to arrange the schedule.
No. We provide everything — wetsuit, fins, mask, weight belt. You're welcome to bring your own mask or fins if you prefer them.
Medical clearance is required for Level 1 and above. We'll send you a form when you book. Some conditions may need discussion.
